Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and kitchen management, with the ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, maintaining high standards of quality, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise kitchen staff and manage daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality. Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu standards. Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and improve existing offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Train and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, safety practices, and hospitality standards. Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining exceptional presentation. Handle any customer inquiries or complaints regarding food quality or service.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills to interact with team members and guests effectively. Previous experience in bartending is a plus but not required. A passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Pay: $23.36-$24.92 per hour
