Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality food production. Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen. Collaborate with restaurant management to optimize kitchen efficiency and workflow. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels. Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards. Handle any customer inquiries or complaints regarding food quality or service promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and food handling practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising kitchen staff effectively. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective team management and customer interaction. A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests is essential.
