Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food production.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Manage food inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Collaborate with management to develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Monitor food preparation processes to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
Engage with guests when necessary to enhance their dining experience.
Experience
Proven experience in a Chef or similar role within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food handling, safety practices, and culinary techniques.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and training.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service to guests.
