We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen operations, food safety, and hospitality. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes that delight our guests while leading and managing kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. This role requires creativity, leadership, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring all staff adhere to food safety and handling guidelines. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality across all dishes. Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and order ingredients as needed while minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Participate in special events or promotions as required by the restaurant.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Creative culinary skills with a passion for cooking and presenting high-quality dishes. Experience in supervising kitchen operations and managing staff schedules. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams. Background in bartending is considered an asset but not mandatory.

Pay: $49,994.00-$61,312.00 per year
