Le
Chef Patissier
planifie, organise, controle et optimise les operations et la profitabilite de son departement. Il assure la gestion de ses ressources humaines et s'assure du respect et de l'application des normes de qualite, d'hygiene, de salubrite, de sante et securite au travail et des politiques Ressources Humaines emises par Premiere Moisson et par les gouvernements relatives a son departement. De plus, il est aussi appele a effectuer les taches devolues au patissier. Il participe egalement a differentes taches reliees a la bonne marche des affaires, comme l'entretien menager et l'assemblage de produits alimentaires.

Taches :

Requis :
DEP specialise en patisserie ou formation equivalente
Experience de 3 a 5 ans dans un poste similaire
Maitrise des techniques de patisserie fine
Connaissances pertinentes en gestion des operations de patisserie (achats, stocks, planification de la production, gestion des couts, etc.)
Connaissances generales en gestion des ressources humaines
Leadership organise, dynamique
Bonnes habiletes de communicateur

The
Pastry Chef
plans, organizes, controls and optimizes the operations and profitability of his department. He manages his human resources and ensures that quality, hygiene, sanitation, occupational health and safety standards and Human Resources policies issued by Premiere Moisson and by the governments relating to his department are respected and applied. In addition, he is also called upon to perform the tasks assigned to the pastry chef. He or she also participates in various tasks related to the smooth running of the business, such as housekeeping and the assembly of food products.

Duties:
Plan, direct and control all operations of his/her department (purchasing, inventory, production, costs, etc.)

Requirements:
DEP specialized in pastry or equivalent training
