If you\'re ready to bring your culinary expertise to this vibrant community, we encourage you to apply today and become part of our client\'s team!Pay rate: $68,000 - $80,000 / year, depending on experienceLocation: Gold River, BCJob type: Full-time | PermanentBenefits:Accommodation provided for the first three monthsBenefits available after ninety daysDuties and Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and presentationEnsure compliance with food safety and sanitation standardsSupervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed, manage staff based on business volume, oversee staff schedulingCollaborate with management to develop menus and presentationMonitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessaryOversee food and labour costs, adhering to budgets and ensuring invoice entryMaintain cost-effective kitchen operations while delivering quality dishesMaintain a clean and organized kitchen environmentHandle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptlyImplement and enforce company policies and procedures.Requirements and Qualifications:Culinary school accreditation or Red Seal CertificateUp to five years\' of demonstrated experience managing a restaurant and employeesFood Safe Certification, and strong understanding of food safety practicesStrong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management and culinary trendsExcellent leadership skills, and ability to motivate and inspire a team of serversExceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work under pressure and deliver high-quality serviceDemonstrate accountability by exercising sound judgment and holding oneself and others responsibleVehicle and clear criminal checkLegally eligible to work and reside in Canada.Don\'t miss out on this exciting Chef job opportunity in Gold River, BC.
