Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage food preparation processes Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff

Requirements

Proven experience in the food industry with a focus on cooking and food preparation Supervising experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is highly desirable Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and guests professionally Previous restaurant management or kitchen experience is preferred A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
