Responsibilities
Develop and design creative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards.
Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and supervising team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to continuously enhance menu offerings.
Qualifications
Experience in a culinary leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
