 We are currently looking for a hands-on Chef Manager to join our management team here at Pearson College. Reporting to the Food Service Director, the candidate must have prior management experience in a kitchen, with up to date food safe. Basic duties of the job include: Cooking bulk meals in a buffet/banquet style setting for 250 people, making sure the team is always on task, placing orders, counting inventory, and making sure the standards set in the kitchen are being met by staff.
