Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and creativity, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards

Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and hygiene standards
Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels to maintain efficient kitchen operations
Collaborate with restaurant management to develop menus that appeal to diverse customer preferences
Ensure timely serving of meals while maintaining high-quality standards in taste and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with health codes

Experience
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations
Demonstrated leadership skills in team management and restaurant management roles
Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, safety regulations, and kitchen equipment operation
Prior experience in the food industry with a focus on hospitality or restaurant environments
Familiarity with menu development, food presentation, and serving techniques
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to effectively lead staff and collaborate with management
