We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking. Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality food service. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during meal periods. Monitor the quality of dishes before they reach the customer, ensuring presentation and taste meet standards. Handle any customer inquiries or complaints regarding food quality or service.

Requirements

Proven experience in a chef role within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting. Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management and leadership. In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with kitchen staff and guests. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for customers. Previous experience in restaurant management is a plus.
