Responsibilities



Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food preparation and service Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food handling, cooking, and presentation Develop and implement menu items that meet quality standards and customer preferences Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs effectively Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills in food preparation and service Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or menu changes Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and hospitality excellence Serve as a role model for professionalism, leadership, and customer service

Skills



Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling Excellent leadership and team management abilities In-depth knowledge of restaurant management principles and food safety regulations Exceptional skills in food presentation and serving guests Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Effective communication skills with team members and guests Passion for culinary innovation and continuous learning within the food industry

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
