Responsibilities
Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food preparation and service
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food handling, cooking, and presentation
Develop and implement menu items that meet quality standards and customer preferences
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs effectively
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills in food preparation and service
Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or menu changes

Serve as a role model for professionalism, leadership, and customer service
Skills
Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
