Duties

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor food costs and waste management to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity among staff members.

Experience

- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and safety standards.
- Experience in restaurant management is highly desirable, along with leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service is crucial for success in this role.
