Nous sommes a la recherche d'une personne experimentee et dynamique pour superviser notre equipe de services professionnels Configuration Manager, Intune, Packaging d'applications et solutions 1E. Ce role consiste a gerer les operations quotidiennes, a assurer l'excellence du service et a piloter les initiatives strategiques en matiere de gestion des terminaux. Le/la candidat(e) ideal(e) possede une solide expertise technique de Microsoft Endpoint Manager, une experience des solutions 1E et une maitrise pratique de Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE). Un leadership eprouve et une passion pour offrir une experience client exceptionnelle sont essentiels.
Responsabilites

  • Diriger et gerer l'equipe des services professionnels Configuration Manager et Intune par l'intermediaire des chefs d'equipe operationnels.
  • Diriger et gerer l'equipe Emballage d'applications pour l'emballage des produits Windows et Apple.
  • Superviser et coordonner les equipes techniques et d'ingenierie afin d'assurer la conformite aux obligations contractuelles.
  • Assurer la gestion quotidienne de l'equipe Gestion des terminaux, y compris la gestion des processus, des programmes et des initiatives, et la conduite de leur execution reussie. o Etablir et maintenir une communication efficace avec les intervenants et les equipes transversales afin d'ameliorer l'experience client globale.
  • Identifier de maniere proactive les risques et problemes potentiels, assurer leur resolution rapide et mettre en oeuvre des plans d'amelioration continue pour prevenir tout impact sur le client.
  • Veiller a ce que les couts de livraison de bout en bout soient conformes ou inferieurs au modele de contrat approuve.
  • Formuler des recommandations en matiere de recrutement, de dotation en personnel et de fidelisation afin de constituer une main-d'oeuvre diversifiee et performante.
  • Fournir des rapports precis et opportuns sur des indicateurs complexes a toutes les parties prenantes concernees.
  • Identifier les occasions de croissance des services, d'innovation et d'optimisation des processus.
  • Contribuer aux initiatives strategiques soutenant la transformation numerique et l'adoption du cloud.
  • Assurer la qualite et la productivite des services grace a des revues d'activite mensuelles et trimestrielles regulieres.
  • Gerer et entretenir les relations avec les fournisseurs et partenaires tiers.
Qualifications
  • Plus de 10 ans d'experience en gestion de terminaux informatiques.
  • Solide experience pratique de Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Configuration Manager et Intune), notamment en matiere de deploiement, de configuration et de gestion du cycle de vie. o Experience des solutions 1E (par exemple, 1E Tachyon et Nomad) pour l'automatisation des terminaux, la distribution de contenu et la remediation en temps reel.
  • Maitrise pratique de Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE).
  • Plus de 3 ans d'experience a un poste de direction, encadrant des equipes techniques dans un environnement de prestation de services ou d'exploitation.
  • Excellente capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites, projets et contacts clients dans un environnement dynamique.
We are currently seeking an Endpoint Management Team Lead (Configuration Manager/Intune/MDE) to join our team in Montreal, QC.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Endpoint Management Team Lead to oversee our Configuration Manager, Intune, Application Packaging and 1E professional services team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring service excellence, and driving strategic initiatives in EPM. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, experience with 1E solutions, and hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE). Proven leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience are essential.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Configuration Manager & Intune professional services team through operational team leaders.
  • Lead and manage the Application Packaging team for the packaging of Windows and Apple products.
  • Oversee and coordinate technical solution and engineering teams to ensure delivery meets contractual obligations.
  • Own day-to-day operations of the EPM team, including managing processes, programs, and initiatives, and driving successful program execution.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Proactively identify potential risks or issues, drive timely resolutions, and implement continuous improvement plans to prevent customer impact.
  • Ensure end-to-end delivery costs align with or outperform the approved deal model.
  • Make recommendations on hiring, staffing, and retention to build a diverse, high-performing workforce.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on complex metrics to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for service growth, innovation, and process optimization.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives supporting Digital Transformation and Cloud adoption.
  • Ensure service quality and productivity through regular Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience with IT endpoint management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Configuration Manager & Intune), including deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with 1E solutions (e.g., 1E Tachyon & Nomad) for endpoint automation, content distribution, and real-time remediation.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE).
  • 3+ years plus experience in a leadership role leading technical teams in a service delivery or operations environment.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
