En tant que
Chef d'equipe - Exportation Aerienne
, vous serez responsable de diriger une equipe de specialistes en exportation aerienne, en assurant l'excellence operationnelle, la satisfaction client et la conformite aux normes internes et reglementaires. Vous agirez egalement comme expert(e) en la matiere et collaborerez avec plusieurs departements pour favoriser la performance et l'amelioration continue.
Responsabilites principals
Organise et planifie le travail quotidien des specialistes des operations d'exportation.
Supervise les operations transactionnelles (ramassages, consolidations, reservations, transferts aux transporteurs aeriens).
S'assure du traitement des documents d'exportation requis conformement aux reglements et aux procedures internes.
Effectue le suivi des expeditions d'exportation importantes, identifie les incidents et veille a leur resolution.
Soutient le service a la clientele dans la gestion des incidents et des exceptions.
Cree, developpe et entretient d'excellentes relations avec les fournisseurs cles.
Surveille en continu la performance des fournisseurs et elabore un plan d'amelioration, au besoin.
Identifie les besoins en formation et les opportunites de developpement pour batir un departement hautement qualifie.
Etablit et maintient des relations avec les autres fonctions internes (ex. : gestion de la capacite, ACC, ventes, service a la clientele) et agit comme expert en la matiere pour les demandes ponctuelles.
Veille a ce que l'implantation des exigences du client soit completee avant le debut des operations regulieres.
Gere les operations dans son champ de responsabilite.
Evalue annuellement le personnel d'exportation aerienne.
Veille au respect des indicateurs de performance operationnelle (KPI), identifie les pistes d'amelioration et en suit les resultats.
Sert de point de contact principal pour toutes les problematiques operationnelles liees au service a la clientele et a l'exportation aerienne.
Apporte un soutien continu au personnel dans toutes les questions liees a son domaine de responsabilite.
Competences et qualifications
Minimum de 2 ans d'experience dans un role de supervision
Experience demontree en tant que superviseur en transit international, avec d'excellentes competences en relation client
Connaissance approfondie des processus et des systemes de transit international
Approche orientee sur les processus
Capacite a prendre en charge et a diriger une equipe de transitaires
Aptitude a diriger et a encadrer de facon efficace
Capacite a cerner et a satisfaire les besoins des clients de maniere professionnelle et conviviale
Excellentes competences en communication, en motivation et en relations interpersonnelles
Autonomie dans le travail - donne l'exemple par ses actions
Excellentes competences bilingues (francais/anglais) au telephone et par courriel

Air Freight Export Team Lead

Team Leader
, you will lead a team of Air Export Specialists, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards. You'll also act as a subject matter expert and collaborate across departments to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizes and plans day-to-day work of Export Operations Specialists
Supervises Transactional Operations (pick ups, consolidations & bookings, airline transfers)
Ensures handling of required Export documents according to regulations and internal procedures
Follows up on important export shipments, identifies incidents and ensures resolution of incidents
Supports Customer Service in the incident and exception management resolution
Creates, builds and maintains excellent relationships with key suppliers
Continuously monitors supplier performance and develops improvement plan when required
Identifies training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department
Creates, builds and maintains relationships with other internal functions (e.g. Capacity Management, ACC, Sales, Customer Service) and acts as subject matter expert for ad hoc
Ensures that proper implementation of customer has been conducted before Operations is starting regular business service
Manage operations within area of responsibility
Evaluate Air Export personnel on a yearly basis
Ensure adherence to operational KPIs, identify areas for improvement and monitor results
Serve as a first escalation point for all customer service / airfreight export related operational issues.
Provide assistance to staff in all matters affecting area of responsibility
Skills / Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years experience in a supervisory role
Proven track record in a Freight Forwarding Supervisor role, with excellent customer interacting skills
Deep knowledge of Freight Forwarding processes and systems
Process-Driven
Ability to take ownership and steer a Freight Forwarders Team
Ability to lead and coach effectively
Ability to identify and meet customer needs in a pleasant and friendly manner
Excellent communication, motivation and interpersonal skills
Self-directed working style - Leads by example
Excellent Bilingual telephone and E-mail skills required
