Dans ce role, vous serez rattache(e) a la comptable senior des comptabilites operationnelles. Vous offrirez un soutien essentiel a l'equipe dans la gestion des activites quotidiennes du cycle comptable, tout en collaborant etroitement avec les services internes pour mener a bien des initiatives d'amelioration continue.




Principales responsabilites




Encadrer et soutenir l'equipe des comptes recevables dans ses activites quotidiennes, en garantissant la qualite du travail et en contribuant a son developpement.

Suivi de l'age des comptes recevables et mettre en place un processus de rappel et encaissement rigoureux.

S'assurer d'un bon service a la clientele du departement.

Reconcilier les comptes de bilan relie aux comptes recevables.

Coordonner et participer aux appels de collection. Repondre aux demandes internes et externes concernant les comptes de courtiers.

Soutenir et participer aux audits internes et externes.

Veiller au respect des politiques de l'entreprise et des regles commerciales

Recommander des ameliorations des processus pour gagner en efficacite et reduire les erreurs et participer aux initiatives d'amelioration.

Effectuer d'autres taches assignees par le controleur financier



Profil recherche




Minimum de 7 ans d'experience en comptabilite en entreprise

Experience minimale de 5 ans en gestion d'equipe

Bilingue, francais et anglais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit, afin de soutenir nos entreprises et nos clients a travers le Canada

Connaissance de Microsoft GP

Competences avancees en Excel

Flexible et a l'aise dans une entreprise en pleine evolution et en pleine croissance

If you want to actively contribute to transforming the commercial insurance sector within a fast-growing company, we are looking for a Team Lead - Accounts Receivable to join our team.





In this role, you will report to the Senior Operational Accounting Accountant. You will provide essential support to the team in managing daily accounting cycle activities while working closely with internal departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.




Main

Responsibilities




Supervise and support the accounts receivable team in daily operations, ensuring quality work and contributing to team development.

Monitor accounts receivable aging and implement a rigorous follow-up and collection process.

Ensure excellent customer service within the department.

Reconcile balance sheet accounts related to accounts receivable.

Coordinate and participate in collection calls.

Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding broker accounts.

Support and participate in internal and external audits.

Ensure compliance with company policies and business regulations.

Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors and participate in improvement initiatives.

Perform other tasks assigned by the financial controller



Profile




Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate accounting.

At least 5 years of experience in team management.

Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, to support our businesses and clients across Canada.

Knowledge of Microsoft GP.

Advanced Excel skills.

Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-evolving and growing company.

Organized and detail-oriented.
