We are currently looking for a Lead Artist

From the beginning of your adventure with us, you will be tasked with:

• Working in collaboration with the production team, producer and art director
• Taking part in the generation of directives that allow for the reconciliation of artistic directives, with design choices and technical limitations
• Ensuring quality as well as adherence to any associated technical constraints
• Managing, advising and coordinating the 2D and 3D artist team to produce work that meets the required quality standards and the provided deadlines
• Providing reports to the project\'s art director as well as exhibiting organization and attention to detail in your work

Qualifications

Exp\xc3\xa9rience et qualifications :

• Environ 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience
• Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes coll\xc3\xa9giales ou \xc3\xa9quivalent
• Grande compr\xc3\xa9hension du design de mode (tant contemporain qu\'historique)
• Habilet\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 cr\xc3\xa9er des concepts artistiques stylis\xc3\xa9s
• Compr\xc3\xa9hension solide des principes artistiques fondamentaux (couleurs, formes, motifs, etc.)
• Une formation artistique traditionnelle est id\xc3\xa9ale
• Connaissance parfaite de Photoshop et/ou Clip Studio Paint
• Bonne compr\xc3\xa9hension des contraintes li\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0 l\'animation
• Bonne connaissance de la culture visuelle dans diff\xc3\xa9rents domaines (architecture, design, films, comics, jeux, etc.)
• Grande cr\xc3\xa9ativit\xc3\xa9 et grande polyvalence
• Minutie et capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 terminer des projets rapidement
• Connaissance des outils de production 3D, un atout
• Ouverture d\'esprit, curiosit\xc3\xa9, discipline et passion pour les jeux vid\xc3\xa9o

Experience and Qualifications:

• Around 5 years of experience
• College diploma or equivalent
• A strong understanding of fashion design (both contemporary and historical)
• Skilled at creating stylized concept art
• Solid understanding of art fundamentals (colours, shapes, patterns, etc.)
• A traditional art education is ideal
• Perfect knowledge of Photoshop and/or Clip Studio Paint
• Good understanding of animation-related constraints
• Good knowledge of visual culture in various fields (architecture, design, movies, comics, games, etc.)
• Very creative and versatile
• Detail-oriented and able to finish projects quickly
• Knowledge of 3D production tools is a bonus
• Open-minded, curious, disciplined, and enthusiastic about video games
