Chef de quart.







Le chef de quart est responsable de coordonner et repartir la main-d'oeuvre sur les diverses lignes de production. Doit optimiser les rendements et diminuer les couts de production.





Statut : Temps plein, permanent



Horaire : Lundi au vendredi, quart de jour

Vos responsabilites


Planification et gestion des horaires de travail Responsable de diminuer le temps supplementaire Optimiser la repartition des employes sur le plancher Atteinte des objectifs de production Former et evaluer les competences des journaliers S'assurer que les employes respectent les mesures d'hygiene alimentaire Participer a la formation des nouveaux en collaboration avec les ressources humaines




Competences recherchees


Posseder plus d'une annee d'experience dans un poste similaire Avoir de l'experience dans l'industrie agro-alimentaire ou restauration Habilite a travailler dans un environnement refrigere (entre 4 et 6 degres Celsius) Capable d'etre autonome et proactif.

The Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and allocating the workforce across various production lines. They must optimize output and reduce production costs.

Full-time, permanent

Monday to Friday, day shift

Your Responsibilities




Plan and manage work schedules Responsible for reducing overtime Optimize staff allocation on the production floor Achieve production targets Train and assess the skills of general laborers Ensure employees comply with food hygiene measures Participate in the training of new hires in collaboration with Human Resources



Desired Skills




Over one year of experience in a similar role Experience in the agri-food industry or restaurant sector Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (between 4 and 6 degrees Celsius) * Ability to work independently and proactively
