Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of all food served. Assist in inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies as needed. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to create a positive team environment. Participate in meal preparation for special events or catering services as required.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent cooking skills with an understanding of various cooking techniques. Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality dishes. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
