Qualifications

Minimum 3 years culinary experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Italian is an asset. Excellent knowledge of current culinary trends Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Job Duties:

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
