We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Chef de Partie to work in our Kitchen here at the Hilton Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre & Spa.
In this position, you will be responsible for the preparation of all dishes for daily menus, specials, and banquet menus. Ensuring proper set up of each station in readiness for service in accordance with the standards and specifications established by the Executive Chef. You will be working independently as well as in a team in a leadership role.
