We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at a brand new concept in downtown Edmonton. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food service industry. As the Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for executing menus, ensuring food safety standards are met, and fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and creativity.
Duties
Help execute menus.
Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Foster a culture of teamwork and communication within the kitchen team.
Be comfortable working in a small space.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and food safety practices.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
