What we are looking for:

Motivated strong cook capable of handling multiple stations Team player who is approachable, positive and demonstrative Consumer Focused Monitor par stocks to prevent spoilage and waste Maintain Hotel, Alberta labor and AHS standards Working with banquets, service and kitchen staff to ensure guests needs are met Understanding of banquet and buffet work

Basic Requirements

Protein, starch and vegetable cookery Ability to operate ovens, stoves, grill and fryers in a safe manner Speak clearly and professionally Punctuality and reliability Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays Short order breakfast cooking experience 5 plus years' experience in production volume kitchens Red Seal certification is an asset
Report to the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef
