Job Description
We are looking for passionate, creative and driven Chef de Parties to help lead our kitchen team at our newest location in Vaughan - 898 Portage Parkway (near subway line).
Candidates must have a passion for Italian cuisine, seasonality and great products while also being able to understand and manage their stations and working on amazing food.
Requirements:
Knowledge and love of Italian Cuisine 2 years minimum experience on a similar role Able to execute detail dishes with high cover counts Diploma from a Culinary school an asset Excellent social and communication skills Willingness to learn and collaborate with the Executive chef and Sous Chef team High attention to detail Valid Canadian Work Permit and Social Insurance Number (SIN) required
