Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service.
Develop and implement new menu items while maintaining the quality of existing offerings.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor food presentation and portion control to maintain consistency across all dishes.
Skills
Proven experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing restaurant operations.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu development.
