What are the duties to perform:



Lead daily kitchen operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency Mentor and develop culinary staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence Design, execute, and evolve seasonal menus that reflect our brand and customer preferences Oversee food costing, inventory, and ordering to ensure budget adherence Uphold health and safety regulations and maintain the highest food standards



What will you bring to the team:



Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine Positive Attitude! and unique attributes and skills Flexible work schedule, including working evenings, holidays and weekends Strong leadership and communication skills Creative approach to menu design and commitment to culinary innovation In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and food and safety standards Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Effective decision-making and problem-solving Relationship-building with associates, customers and leaders
