Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Supervise food preparation and presentation to guarantee quality and consistency in every dish served.
Collaborate with restaurant management to optimize inventory control and minimize waste.
Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food handling practices, and safety protocols.
Monitor kitchen performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Experience
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing a diverse team.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
