Responsibilities
Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food handling, cooking, and presentation
Develop and implement creative menus that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper storage procedures
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills in food industry best practices
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Maintain quality control throughout all stages of food service, from preparation to plating
Uphold leadership in a fast-paced environment, fostering teamwork and hospitality excellence
Skills
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques
Excellent team management and leadership abilities
