Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen.
Collaborate with management to manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs effectively.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Experience in Indian Cuisine is required
Excellent culinary skills with a passion for food preparation and presentation.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both staff and customers.
A background in hospitality or food service is preferred.
