Interested? Apply today to join our Summit Air team! Essential Responsibilities:
  • Greets visitor and passengers to Yellowknife facility
  • Coordinates check-in of flights and preparation/verification of manifests
  • Inspects and verifies passenger documentation prior to boarding
  • Confirms passenger compliance with various client seasonal clothing policies prior to boarding
  • Provides facility related safety briefings to customers using Yellowknife facility
  • Keeps passengers updated on flight status and make announcements regarding flight activity
  • Assists passengers with boarding and disembarking the aircraft
  • Communicates with other departments
  • Keeps client travel team updated on fight status
  • Responds in a calm and professional manner to customer complaints
  • Arranges catering and coordinates hospitality plans, as required
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of MS Office and an aptitude for learning various computer systems
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; provides excellent customer service throughout all daily interactions
  • Solid organizational skills, with good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Capable of understanding and following written procedures accurately
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Demonstrates a safety-first attitude
