As part of the Chassis Upfit Team this individual will:

Upfitting vocational vacuum trucks and truck chassis

Layout, fit and weld subassemblies, components and equipment according to specifications

Welding and fabrication required, mild steel, stainless and aluminum

Brake press and shear experience required

Mechanical aptitude required

Layout and build, Frame mount brackets, water pump systems, drive systems, electrical components (12v systems), hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Repair work and troubleshooting also required

Skills the ideal candidate has include:

Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment considered an asset

Previous welding experience

High attention to detail

Previous experience working with hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems considered an asset.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
