Education & Qualifications

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) Designation
• University Bachelor's Degree
• Continuous improvement mindset

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and energized by a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Aptitude to learn new systems and technologies
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports, including periodic financial reporting packages, weekly reports, standard variance reporting, performance summaries, and quarterly review reporting
• Ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial accounting & reporting

• Ensuring adherence to accounting policies and procedures in accordance with applicable accounting guidelines

• Liaising with operational and financial professionals at various levels to gather all information relevant to the accounting function
• Working with external auditors to ensure all audit timelines are met
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives
