Voyago is hiring a Full Time Charter Specialist!

Your role:

• You are responsible managing all incoming charter requests
• Manage and pull reports
• Bid on new charters
• Assist with special projects
• Support the schools division day to day operations

Requirements:

Your profile:

• You have excellent, strong, proven customer service experience
• You can answer phones, and email correspondence in a professional and courteous manner
• You can obtain a clean criminal record search
• You have superior time and stress management skills
• You possess solid communication skills
• You are proficient in computer software experience in MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Understanding of transportation company an asset
• You have geographic Knowledge of surrounding area (London, Middlesex, Oxford, Elgin Counties)
• You are available to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm
