Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable

Charpentier-Menuisier

to join our growing construction team. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience in carpentry and woodworking, with the ability to handle a range of construction and renovation tasks using both hand and power tools. This role demands precision, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate heavy equipment to support construction and renovation activities Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials using power and hand tools Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately Install drywall, siding, and concrete forms as required by project plans Perform structural restorations, including repairing or replacing damaged components Lift and transport heavy materials and equipment as needed Work collaboratively with crew members and other trades to meet project deadlines Follow site safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience as a carpenter or in a similar construction-related role Proficiency with heavy equipment, power tools, hand tools, and carpentry techniques Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction layouts Experience with drywall installation, siding, concrete forming, and structural repairs Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting Strong awareness and adherence to workplace safety standards

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Enjoy a long weekend every week with a four-day work schedule
