To continue our efforts in the Saskatoon area, we are currently seeking a hardworking Charity Event Manager to join our team. We are thrilled to be making a lasting impression on our local community on a daily basis through our fundraising efforts for both local and nationwide charities.

Responsibilities of a Charity Event Manager:

• Educate community members on our mission to reduce drugs, violence, and bullying in our local communities
• Attend in-person and virtual meetings to increase knowledge on anti-drug, violence, and crime reduction initiatives
• Provide support to families and community members
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with the clients, consumers, and fellow team members
• Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow team members to increase awareness
• Establish positive, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management
• Responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management, as well as communicating all marketing requirements through company provided forms

What we look for in a Charity Event Manager:

• Bachelors in Business Management, Accounting, Communications or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in Management, Leadership, Sales, or Customer Service
• Influential leadership characteristics
• Invest in developing team members and their performance
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, precision, and attention to details
• Professional demeanor and impeccable student mentality with a drive to gain new skills
• Upbeat and positive outlook
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and team members
