Easly is looking for you to join their rapidly growing team!

As Director of Channel Accounts, you will work closely with our Partner Accounts to build and maintain strong relationships. You will work alongside partners on your assigned accounts with the goal of growing our business and expanding our relationship. You are highly motivated by goal-setting and exceeding KPIs (i.e., number of referrals, number of new accounts, total capital deployed, etc.). When confronted with a challenge, your solution-oriented mindset enables you to analytically assess factors that may be contributing to the issue. You are passionate about analyzing customer outcomes and understanding what our partners need in order to secure referrals. You manage sales activities to identify future growth opportunities.

We partner with Canadian companies of all sizes and types to provide advances on Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED).

Each year, 20,000 claimants access $3 billion worth of tax incentives provided by the SR&ED program, and about 75% of those are small businesses. We aim to help these businesses accelerate their growth while retaining the equity they\xe2\x80\x99ve worked so hard to build!

Key Responsibilities

  • Highly motivated to build and maintain relationships with our partners.
  • Manages the daily sales activities from our partner accounts.
  • Works with our partners to help identify existing sales opportunities to contribute to the bottom-line.
  • Brings a data-driven mindset that enables you to stay on top of behind-the-scenes information (i.e., numbers and accounts).
  • Listens to and assesses market trends in order to bring barriers & opportunities back to our Director of Business Development.
  • Tracks all relevant client and partner information in Salesforce.
  • Communicates seamlessly in French and English.
Your Qualifications
  • 5+ years of account management experience.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Fluent in French + English.
  • Strong aptitude to follow-through on client relationships and communications.
  • Brings a competitive and results-oriented spirit.
  • Highly persuasive with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter who equally enjoys working independently and collaboratively.
