We are seeking an experienced

Change Manager

to lead organizational change initiatives that support technology implementations, process enhancements, and cultural transformation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective change management strategies while ensuring strong engagement, communication, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end change management initiatives for technology, process, and organizational transformation projects. Develop, execute, and monitor change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption. Conduct impact assessments, readiness evaluations, stakeholder analysis, and engagement planning. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and feedback mechanisms to enhance end-user understanding and involvement. Identify potential resistance to change and implement mitigation strategies to drive smooth transitions. Collaborate with project teams and leadership to align change efforts with organizational goals and strategic priorities. Support communication planning, content development, and delivery to ensure clarity and transparency during transitions.

Required Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of change management frameworks such as

ADKAR

Kotter's 8-Step

, and

Lewin's Change Model

. Knowledge of organizational behavior, transformation principles, and stakeholder engagement. Experience with communication planning and stakeholder analysis. Understanding of project management methodologies and how they integrate with change initiatives. Proficiency with tools such as

Mural

, and collaboration platforms like

Teams

and

SharePoint

. Excellent facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
