The Toronto Business Advisory team is seeking an experienced and passionate leader to drive the growth of our organizational change management capability in Toronto. This role collaborates closely across our capabilities to identify customer needs, refine offerings, ensure excellence in delivery and drive client sales. With a care for people, this role is also responsible for people leadership, contributing to forecasting, hiring and business operations for the practice. This individual will have client delivery responsibilities, and the ability to advise and deliver top-notch solutions for C-suite clients.
