Must Have the Following Requirements
  • Ability to travel 100% of the week (from Sunday night to Friday)
  • Have a valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
  • Valid passport (American, Canadian, and/or Mexican)

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree such as a BA, BSc, BComm, or BBA
  • Minimum 3-5 years of overall general business experience
  • Experience providing training and coaching in the workplace.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical proficiencies.
  • Demonstrated knowledge/understanding/exposure to Continuous Improvement concepts such as PMO, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, JIT, MRP, ERP, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, etc.
  • Prosci certification
  • Familiar with and implemented Safety Management Systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proficient to expert level with Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
  • Organized, disciplined, and motivated to succeed.
  • She has demonstrated the ability to adapt quickly to a constantly changing project environment.
