Looking for your next opportunity?! Our Client is currently looking for a Change Management Consultant to join their team in Ottawa! If you are looking for a new challenge, professional growth and fulfil the following qualifications, this is a role for you!

QUALIFICATIONS:
-A minimum of 10 years experience delivering Change Management services for IM/IT projects
-A minimum of 1 year implementing SharePoint change management strategies for the Federal Government Electronic Document and Records Management Solution (EDRMS)
-A minimum of 3 different IM/IT projects, which were completed in the last 10 years for which the candidate led the design and implementation of organizational change leveraging modern workplace collaboration tools by:
-Developing a client engagement strategy
planning and leading the implementation of client engagement exercises in both onboarding and on-going stages of change, and developing and implementing communications material to support the implementation of organizational change for MSTeams, OneDrive and/or SharePoint Online
-A minimum of 3 different IM/IT projects which were completed in the last 10 years which the candidate led the design and implementation of organizational change for organizations (2000+ users), with a diversity of business lines and multi-disciplinary resources

The candidate must hold a valid professional certification or degree as outlined below:
-PROSCI Change Management certification
-Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
-Change Management Practitioner (CMP)
-AIM Accredited Change Management Certification

DURATION:
-1 year with possibility of extension
