What You Will Be Doing

Oversee daily security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and employees Ensure compliance with all BCLC, GPEB, Chances, and Berezan Hospitality Group policies and procedures Provide leadership, direction, and support to the security team Monitor and review daily reports, incident reports, and audit documentation for accuracy and completion Respond to and appropriately manage incidents, emergencies, and escalated situations Effectively de-escalate conflicts involving guests or employees Verify identification in compliance with provincial legislation and company standards Communicate and uphold Responsible Gambling (RG) standards and practices Support training, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management of security team members Conduct audits and follow up on deficiencies or corrective actions Report health and safety concerns promptly and ensure appropriate follow-up Maintain strong communication with management and external stakeholders as required Other duties as assigned by management

Availability Requirements

Must be willing to work a minimum of one (1) weekend day per week Must be willing to work a minimum of one (1) evening shift per week Must be available for last-minute or short-notice shifts as operational needs require

What You Will Bring

Strong leadership presence and professionalism Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to meet deadlines and follow procedures consistently Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook) Security or supervisory experience (minimum 12 months) Level II First Aid & CPR Ability to pass GPEB background check and GSO course Must be 19+
