("Highland Fit") is a fitness studio in Highland Creek Village focused on personal training for mature clients looking to reach their mobility, strength and weight loss goals. Highland fit was built to deliver real results through real relationships.
We are a supportive, non-judgmental community where clients of all bodies and abilities are welcome. We pride ourselves in welcoming every client cheerfully by name and creating a safe space to reach their goals.
Our fitness studio is exclusively for coach led fitness and wellness activities. There are no open gym times or clients working out independently. Clients are either working 1:1 with their coach or engaged in a small size group fitness class led by one of our coaches. This personal approach allows us to stay closely connected with our members, modifying programming to meet their unique needs and always prioritizes client safety and wellness.
