Conduct Personal Training Sessions: Deliver safe, effective, and personalized HIIT workouts for clients of all fitness levels.
Client Engagement: Build rapport, assess fitness needs, and create customized training plans and provide nutritional guidance.
Member Retention: Support client progress through regular check-ins, goal setting, and motivation.
Sales Support: Promote personal training packages and assist in onboarding new clients.
Maintain Certification & Knowledge: Stay current with fitness trends, techniques, and continuing education.
Qualifications
Current Personal Training Certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, CanFitPro, etc.)
CPR/AED Certification (required)
Minimum 1 year of experience in personal training or fitness instruction
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work fixed hours, including evenings and weekends
Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
