Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Romanian-speaking Personal Support Worker

to join our team. This role is essential for providing companionship, reassurance, and emotional comfort to clients--particularly seniors and individuals with disabilities--who feel most at ease communicating in Romanian. The ideal candidate will not only assist with daily living tasks but also build meaningful relationships that promote emotional well-being and dignity.

Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to the appropriate professionals. Collaborate with family members and other caregivers to ensure a consistent support network. Participate in training and development programs to uphold the highest care standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Fluency in Romanian is required.

Previous experience in home care, elder care, or caregiving is strongly preferred. Experience with individuals with physical or cognitive disabilities is an asset. Familiarity with basic healthcare or nursing practices is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, empathetic approach. Ability to work independently while being part of a care team.
