What You'll Do:

Managing High Risk Behaviours and Risk for Falls Support clients with personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and daily activities Work across diverse care settings - home care, facilities, and hospitals Provide emotional support and build meaningful client connections Monitor and report health changes Maintain a safe and empowering environment
What You Need:

Certified PSW in Ontario CNO Registration as an RPN in good standing Dementia and Alzheimers Care Completed NACC Final Theory Exam Valid CPR & First Aid Vulnerable Sector Police Check (within last 6-12 months) COVID-19 vaccination proof/ Immunization record
