What You'll Do:

Teach clients worldwide how to use our advanced Alexandrite, Nd:YAG, Diode, and CO? lasers. Conduct engaging online training sessions and answer client questions. Help clinics feel confident and safe with our technology.
What You Need:

Laser certification + at least 2 years' hands-on experience. Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of treatment protocols and laser safety.

Summary

We are seeking a Certified Laser Technician to join our team in Toronto and provide online training to clients on the safe and effective use of CPMT Laser devices. This position is based at our company location, where you will conduct virtual training sessions, guide clients through treatment protocols, and ensure they feel confident using our equipment.

Responsibilities

Conduct live online training sessions from our company location for clients worldwide. Train clients on laser safety, treatment protocols, and device operation for multiple applications (hair removal, skin rejuvenation, vascular and pigmented lesion treatments, fractional CO?, etc.). Answer client questions and provide technical support during training sessions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CPMT products and industry best practices. Collaborate with our sales and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Assist in creating training materials, guides, and demonstration videos.
Requirements

Laser certification from a recognized training institution. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating medical aesthetic laser systems. Strong knowledge of safety standards, skin types, and treatment adjustments. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English. Ability to conduct training professionally via video conferencing platforms. Comfortable working on-site in our Toronto office to deliver remote training.
Preferred:

Experience in client education or training roles. Multi-device experience (Alexandrite, Nd:YAG, Diode, CO?). Additional certifications in medical aesthetics or cosmetic treatments.
Job Type: Casual

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
