to support a large, established client base. This is a service-focused role, not a sales-heavy position. You'll help maintain long-term relationships with loyal clients by delivering full-spectrum financial planning and implementation.
Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to assess needs and provide personalized planning
Develop and execute plans covering insurance, investment, retirement, and estate strategies
Follow through from planning to implementation, coordinating all necessary steps
Maintain detailed records using planning and CRM software
Collaborate with advisors and support staff to ensure top-tier client service
Requirements:
Minimum
10 years of experience
in financial planning or wealth management
Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
designation (required)
LLQP license
(Mutual Fund License is an asset)
Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset
Strong technology skills and ability to work with modern planning tools
Based in Ottawa or willing to relocate
