Veterinary Hospice Centre Manager Required: Coulter Veterinary Hospice Services in Barrie ON is looking for a new team member to cover a maternity leave for our current active manager, with the potential to remain a member of the team moving forward. Our hospice and mobile practice provides at-home senior, palliative, hospice and end of life care. We truly believe that helping pets find comfort and peace in the end of life journey and supporting people through this hard time is a great honour and is one of the most rewarding aspects of this profession. Heart With Wings is seeking a team member that is very self motivated, hard working, compassionate, possesses excellent communication skills and is devoted to assisting pet families. We request that all applicants have at least 2 years of experience in a clinic, and 1 year of management experience. • Scheduling appointments
• Managing the office staff and daily operations of the centre
• Correspondence
• Sorting and sending mail
• Answering and routing phone calls
• Inventory ordering and management
• Financial Duties:
• Submitting insurance claims
• Processing payments
• Accounts payable and receivable
• End of Day Reconciliation

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday Possibility of remaining on the team after maternity coverage is completed. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $25.00 per hour Benefits:
