We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic CEC (Customer Engagement Coordinator) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing customer experiences and fostering strong relationships with our clients. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate and engage with customers, ensuring their needs are met while promoting our services.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their engagement and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
Assist in the development of customer engagement strategies to improve overall experience.
Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for continuous improvement initiatives.
Organize and participate in customer events, workshops, or training sessions as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage diverse audiences.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
