THE CENTRE FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION has the following anticipated vacancies in RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE PROGRAM AEC EEC.1Y (RRB 26) for the WINTER 2026 Semester from January to July. Part time Evening program: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6pm-9:30pm & Saturday 9am to 12:30pm.
TYPE OF CONTRACTS: CHARGE DE COURS (A LA LECON) (1-2.12)
COURSE: 221-205-AB
TITLE: Residential Construction
HOURS: 45
SECTION(S): one (1)
N.B. Contracts are contingent upon sufficient student enrollment in each course. Starting date, day/time and location for each course to be determined by the Centre for Continuing Education.
QUALIFICATIONS: BUILDING AND PUBLIC WORKS TECHNOLOGY (221) - REAL ESTATE
Bachelor's or equivalent * degree in an appropriate field
OR
AEC in Real Estate with 5 7 years' pertinent experience.
- Equivalent establishes a general comparison between two official education systems
- Several years related teaching experience at the post secondary level PREFERRED.
- Bilingualism (English/French) and ability to teach in French are preferred, as in the context of Bill 96 and the changes to the Charte de la langue francaise, if there is a need, the candidate must be willing and able to teach in French.
